    Does not guarantee his work. Does not provide acceptable warranty on completed work. Does not return phone calls. Amir completed a plastering job for us in December 2016. Since then, the cornice has dropped, twice, in two separate locations. Although he fixed the first problem, he has not bothered to return calls alerting him to the second issue. Despite no less than 6x phone calls from our agent + sms and phone calls from us. The property went to auction on 18 Feb. Although within their right to do so, the new owners did not delay settlement on the provision the dropped cornice would be fixed. Now, we have to pay someone else to fix the apparent lack of tradesman-ship!
